  No BS, just made it happen. I wish new dealers could do things this way. No arm twisting, or pushing " extras" down your throat. I am 57, I have bought 17 new cars in my life this was quite pleasant. I am still happy 5 hours later, that is a first. Marty S.

  Edit: It's been a little less than 5 months, and my transmission went out. I originally came here because they work with people and no credit, and I needed a car. Their warranty only lasts 30 days. I now have to come up with ~$2,000 dollars to repair the transmission. I called to ask for help, the guy I spoke to put me on hold for 10 minutes, then picked back up to ask my name, and proceded to tell me I should have paid to extend the warranty out. It is my fault for trusting a new vehicle to last longer. I still think Drivetime is a good place to go when you need help, but Long Term service is not their goal. Original: Yvonne Garcia made me feel like a person, and not just any customer. She was patient through all of my questions, and my one year old babbling the entire time. Honestly, come here if you want to buy a car, and it be stress free.

  I drove around all day car shopping and got denied because of my bad credit. But I went into Drive time and many David. He was so nice and I explained to him my situation. He told me don't worry and see what he can get me into. I said a Van and he said OK. His service was awesome and fast. He was honest, kind and helpful. Thank you David for getting me and my family into a Van.

  Yvette was simply amazing! She was patient, caring and boy was she a great listener. She took all of my needs and concerns to heart and I left with an amazing 2016 Kia Rio! I would recommend her and this location to ANYONE! I am one happy mama bear and my cubs love the new ride!

  Faith was absolutely amazing! She has exquisite customer service skills and a sense of humor :) she isn't pushy at all and actially listens to what you need and helps you get whats best for you. Id highly recommend her to anyone looking for a car. Thank you again Faith!
