  I am there every morning. Driven is a great training facility that caters to any and every one. I highly recommend trying it out soon!

  6th and Congress Downtown! These guys are awesome - quick group classes throughout the day and personal training. Staff is great and the classes are a lot of fun!

  If you are looking for high-energy, large group classes you won't find them here. At least that wasn't the experience I had - I took a 45minute strength class at 5:30pm on a weeknight and there was 1 other person in the class. That said, the equipment is new and the trainers are very pleasant. They don't have a lot of equipment so even with just 2 of us, we were using 1 barbell so had to take weights on/off for each of our turns. Location is convenient - in the basement of the building. Lockers w/built-in locks so you can secure your items. Shower, changing space, etc. I'd go back.
