  After almost 4 Years at Drive Fitness and Performance, John is still constantly teaching how to improve techniques on body movement, all while coaching me on how to achieve personal goals and feel part of the community that he has built. Not just another "workout", it is truly a one of a kind facility.

  Drive has created an environment to help you achieve all of your goals. The clients at Drive learn to become better at moving, not stretching, by understanding how the body moves and actively engaging the body in movement sequences starting with isolation. They gain insight on what on is required to move better and feel better to lead an active healthy lifestyle not just today but always.

  John's approach to fitness training and movement therapy is highly individualized and distinctively better than traditional training. I've known John professionally now for several years and am continually impressed with his knowledge, skill and professionalism... but what's best is that he delivers results while making sessions with him informative, entertaining, and always fresh.
