Maybe in a bad location but the bar is a positive change to a low income area the waitress is very polite and knowledgeable the bar tender could be prettier but he is a nice intelligent man the place it's laid out in a very mellow jazz atmosphere dimly lit a quiet the food is perfect good job five stars

Absolute worst customer service ever. Do not go there. Stay away! It took 15 minutes for the bartender to greet us after we sat down. We ordered drinks and 20 minutes later the drinks came. We only ordered a few drinks. Then I tried to order wings the rude tattooed bartender threw his hands in the air made some bizarre hand motions as if he was too busy or something. I guess we we not important enough to order food. Never in my life have we been treated so poorly at a bar or restaurant. Please save your money and go somewhere that treats its customers with dignity.

Great local spot! The help was friendly, informative and responsive. The lighting was nice and cozy, the decor pleasant. Drinks well made (hence the name, they know what they're doing!), the food was quite nice with vegetarian options in several dishes!

Nice place. Recommend for first date drinks. Ben is an excellent bar tender and lots of fun. Tasty well made drinks.

It was pretty good. Nice. I went there for a meeting and had a good time. I would never ever ever pay that much for drinks again, though. Didn't get to try their food. Saw the prices on the menu and decided to head to BK for my protein, carb, & grease-filled alcohol "cushion." I don't DO bars, tho, so I assume that's an average price for the drinks I bought. I've paid more for a plate of food, but I wasn't willing to pay that, eating by myself. It was a cool meeting, though. As far as bars go, it was the most tolerable one I've ever been in. The bartender was very accommodating to my newbie self. I never go to bars and never order drinks, so I never knew what to order. He and the female hostess accommodated me with an Ironside and a Cosmopolitan. They were both pretty good as far as alcoholic drinks go. So they did great.
