  I sent my aunt here because the website promised compassion and understanding, so I felt awful when my aunt called to tell me that after looking at some wigs and scarves she was told she could only try one more wig on before she was dropped for another customer that walked in. So much for compassion and understanding. If there was going to be limitations that should have been expressed to her upon arrival.
