I had high hopes. They were highly recommended by a friend who swears by them. My experience was not good. Details follow. I bought a great used bike from a reputable dealer in Wisconsin, prior owner was a Police Woman so though it had some miles they were good ones on this impeccable machine. Bike has some after market components including Guard Dawg keyless start and Cobra exhaust. The machine ran perfectly and my neighbor rode it as well and agreed. Took it here for new tires and service, decided on the 16k service recommended by Yamaha that included checking everything including valves. Wanted the bike in tip top working order for a planned trip to Arizona. Dropped bike off 2/22 to Colin a very friendly guy, expecting a 1-2 day service job give or take. 2 weeks later my first call to service for a status revealed they are having trouble with it. Another week later they reported an engine check light was on they were troubleshooting. No such problem existed when I rode it into their facility. Days later they report it isn’t running right and sometimes only on 1 cylinder. Another week later I call for status and they still don’t know what is wrong with my bike. Along the way they blamed it on the keyless start system which I authorized them to remove & return to factory spec if it would help them complete the job. Later they questioned the cobra exhaust and fuel control module. Again I authorized returning to factory spec. Finally on 3/27 more than a month later I called again only to hear they still aren’t sure what’s wrong with it and were waiting for weather to allow a test ride. I told them to prepare it for my pickup which I did that day. Before I picked it up, I called the Yamaha manufacturer customer service and told them my story. They asked me the dealer and they put me on hold to call them. Yamaha was very apologetic for my experience and told me the dealer service center could have called them for help and they could have even helped with the after market keyless system they have experience with. They gave me the name of another Dealer with a GOLD Star service center, that I will now take my bike to. I called them, told my story and they agreed to help me. I had to sign an an acknowledgement that my bike was not certified for them to release it. I paid my $1,300 bill (including tires) to get my bike back more than a month later and less trustworthy than when I took it in for preventative service. I am so disappointed and upset. Unbelievable! When the next service center is done and I pay that bill, I will decide if I chalk this up to a life experience or if it’s worth talking to an attorney.

First trip to Dreyer today, definitely my last. I went to both buildings (two of them next to each other, one honda one yamaha) and really discouraged by their employees and their service at both. I was after a few simple things, a bar pad, throttle tube and foot pegs. All pretty common things. One building had over 15 bar sets with the pad I wanted. They did not have the individual bar pad color i wanted for sale, so I asked if I could buy a different color and they switch it with one of the 15+ sets that had the same color that I wanted. Their response made me feel like an idiot for ever asking such a ridiculous thing. It was a $25 pad, and I was the ONLY customer in either store from what I saw. Employees really rude, typical motocross bro vibe of ' I don't care man' Just a really awkward and bad vibe for both stores. I'm from the MX hub in SoCal and have been riding and wrenching my whole life. I recently moved out here and was excited to buy from a local shop. I'd honestly now just buy from Amazon, wouldn't send any of my friends there either because who wants to get treated like dog turd. The manager Jim did offer to fix my bar pad incident after he chatted with me about my experience, but I just didn't want to deal with it anymore at that point. But he was ready to fix it so good on him!

Make sure you call them and check the inventory before you go. Their "in stock" new inventory means nothing. The site said they had an H2 SX in stock, I called and they said they didn't but it was on its way. More than 30 days later the website said they had 2 so I went to see it. Again none, so the person who told me it was on its way lied. I called another dealer and they said Kawasaki just released them 8 days ago. They sales guy.... I not sorry you drove here for nothing, not let me get your information so we can let you know when we get one his comment was I can't help what the website says.

Good people. Hooked me up with a deal of deals. Love going in this store and talk dirt with their experienced professional sales and service staff. I would drive from California if I had to, this place is THE place for all your Motorcycle/ATV/Dirtbike Needs. Hands down the best of the best and I can see why they are the oldest Honda dealer in the country. Also check out the 1916 Indiana with side car! Beautiful
