  There is no reason to go anywhere else. Chris and his team are experts in audio and video installation and service. They're honest, their prices are fair, and their installations are beautiful. They go out of their way to explain how to operate the equipment and are there for questions afterwards. If you want the correct equipment for your car installed right the first time I cannot recommend them enough.

  No one picks up the phone at the shop, no one answers emails, after leaving my car there for 24 hours for a remote start and no phone calls saying it's done I had to guess to pick it up. Showing up at closing and it was just being finished, after I was told it's a four hour job. After picking the car up in the dark all seemed fine. A day later I noticed a crack in the windshield at the review mirror mount right next to the remote start antenna so phone calls are made. Emails are sent, owner gave me another number to call and tried that line asking a question in text. Chris. It's Chris with the crv you put the remote start in the other day Did you have a issue with put the rear view mirror on the car. There is cracks in the windshield at the base of the mirror mount. I just noticed it today in the dot area Response " Our technicians do not remove or touch the rear view mirror when installing remote start antennas. With all due respect it's also 9:40pm on a Sunday night, so I will be blocking this number from ever reaching my boss. After seeing the owner himself and family members leave 5 star ratings and nothing but on his business should have known better
