  I have visited this store many times with my partner. I came in on Monday April 2nd and had an unpleasant experience. I am giving 4 stars because of the customer service I received on my trip to the store during the next day. Your day workers are very polite and listened to what I needed. On the plus side, I did not get cussed at or made to feel uncomfortable like I did when I came in the night before. I am new to toys and adult stores and I really didn't appreciate listening to music that was too loud and someone calling someone else a Mother F?{%$#r when they went to the register to pay for their stuff. I know it's an adult store but I was embarrassed to be in there at that time. I left and came back the next day. The two ladies that were there both helped me out and made me feel totally at ease. I will be back but only during the day. I can't stand "entitled" attitude and thats exactly what I got at night.

  First time going to a sex shop and the guy was super rude. I asked him where something was and he was just like you'll figure it out, I own several business and that would be unacceptable. I'm a very patient person so I was like ok cool, but when I went to the counter I asked him another question he was just like idk man I can tell you anything. Bad experience, like I've never had service that bad.

  Customer service is top notch even when things go down. I came in last Friday and was being helped by one employee. She wasn't quite sure about one of the things I was asking for so she asked for the help of another worker. The lady, I did not catch her name but she was a small white lady with dark hair and glasses, came over and answered all of my questions and helped me make a purchase. My girlfriend loved the new toy that she recommended. I brought my girlfriend back the next day when the same lady and another man were working. As always we were greeted as soon as we came through the front door. This was kind of a crazy thing that had happened though. There was a man at the front talking to the workers when we came in. When he saw us come in he started to follow us. The lady stopped him in his tracks and told him that he couldn't mess with other customers. He talked to her at the counter for a few more minutes before he left the counter and came back to the back of the store where we was and started messing with us again. That little lady didn't let that bother her. She came strsaight back and asked us if we were ok and asked if he was bothering us. He said a few cray things to her and she asked him again to leave us alone or that he was going to have to leave. She was trying to put some things out and that crazy man grabbed her from behind. She turned around and told him to get out and not come back ever. I felt bad about the situation because she was only trying to defend us. I was not expecting that and I know that she wasn't either but she handled it and got the situation under control to protect us customers. I have never experienced someone following me in a store before and hope that I don't have to do that again but I am so glad that you have workers that are trained to handle something like that if it does happen. Thank you for protecting us while we shop and thank you to that little lady that had to put herself in that situation. We will be back whenever we need something new.

  Yes . they made me feel very comfortable . and and we're very helpful every time I ship there .
