  New management has really changed the quality of merchandise and the manager is a master jeweler who does repairs for you right away if he can. Friendly guy, speaks Spanish too. Quickly found something I loved, got a good price for it and was on my way which helped me out that day since I was in a rush. Definitely will go back again soon!

  Paid them $25 to fix my dog tags. Said they would call me when they were done, which they never did. Pick them up, and within a couple of days later, breaks the exact same way. Which causes one of the chains to go missing. Was busy so didn't have time to come back in until a couple of weeks later in which they tell me there gonna charge me $60 for a brand new chain, which I can find for a few dollars online. I refuse and ask nicely for a refund for the amount I paid to get it fixed. And the manager who wasn't there at the time speaking to her over the phone. Starts accusing me and other people in the military of being liars, stealers, and me being crazy to think they would give me my lousy $25 back, since I didn't have the original chain, which is lost because they were the ones who didn't fix it. I was treated with absolute disrespect by this manager, and if this how they treated me over something as little and inexpensive as dog tags, I can't even imagine how there ripping people off on the expensive items. In conclusion everyone should immediately boycott this place. I'm gonna try and track down the owner(s) and speak to them directly about this incident.
