I travel for work. Worst experience of my life and when asked for refund after one night stay was told no refunds! This business should not exhaust and those other reviews are all fake! Travelers beware!

We had a great stay! Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Our group had four people in two of the rooms which worked great. Emjay was a friendly host and the house is nice with plenty of greenery in the yard and kitchen. The location is about a 20 minute bus ride away from the Bart line and from there you can go on the subway to San Francisco and Berkeley with ease.

Beautiful home with spacious rooms and plentiful amenities. Cute dogs were an unexpected but welcomed addition. You may need to use public transportation if you’re not up for some walking, but overall a great stay!

I absolutely loved my experience here. The atmosphere is completely rich with sound effects and lights. Very clean and tranquil. I worked all weekend and was able to complete all my work and in a timely fashion. The customer service was awesome, they completely accommodate me in my venture to the Bay Area. 5-Star service to say the least. Can’t wait to book again.

At first I was disappointed that we were not staying at an establishment. When we drove to the location it looked like a run-down house. I was a little concerned. But once I called the guy he showed us around. The rooms were nice but there were no TVs. At first I wasn't too happy about that but me and my wife we're okay with playing with her phones. At the end of the day I feel pretty comfortable staying at this place. We booked it for 40 something dollars. Which is a pretty good price regardless. I wasn't happy when the dude asked for an additional $20 for my wife. It was close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Is located in downtown Oakland. If you want the real Oakland experience this place is for you!
