::Your operating ours are not accurate. At your shop during posted open hours and store is closed. Not good business practice!

::This is a nice little place that just opened. They have some very good sandwiches and a amazing selection of coffee and hot chocolate, they also serve hand made shakes and smoothies. I recommend the Tuna melt sandwich or the leaning tower of pesto-chicken breast slices. The staff here is outstanding and the owner will let you test test some of.

::At Dream cake the sugar cookies were dried out! Also, the frosting was hard. The buttercream tasted like you stick a butter stick in your mouth. The cupcakes also were dried out.

::So disappointed after my recent order. I trusted them to make a cake for my sister's bridal shower. I placed the order 2 1/2 months in advance, called two weeks before the event to ensure everything was ok with the order, and then the day prior to the event to confirm the pick up time. I was told that my sisters could pick the cake up at 10am the day of the event. When my sisters showed up at the bakery and gave the name that was on the order the girls behind the counter looked at them like they had 3 heads and started searching for the order. Needless to say, not only was the cake not ready when they showed up but once the cake was completed (nearly 40 minutes after they were supposed to pick up the cake) it was so poorly done. There were air bubbles under the fondant and the paint on the cake was still wet. When we put the cake on display we had to turn it a certain angle to ensure guests didn't see the air bubbles. The chevrons on the top layer were crooked and started at different points on the cake. It was really disappointing, especially since they charged me a pretty penny for this "custom cake". Furthermore, my sisters, who were so delayed because they sat in the bakery for 40 minutes, showed up to the venue dressed in sweats bc they were supposed to help with the set up and with the cake AS GUESTS WERE ARRIVING. It was so embarrassing. When I called to complain and ask the bakery what happened I was told that they were really busy that weekend. I'm sorry, but that's unacceptable. When a customer is paying almost $200 for a cake than that customer should never hear "I'm sorry that we're so busy and took on way too many orders and so that's why you received a half-assed cake". The best part of this all is that when I spoke to a manager the day of the event I told her I wanted some of my money back. When I went into the bakery two days later the manager either wasn't there or wouldn't come out to speak with me. Then the girl behind the counter told me she was authorized to give me $40 in store credit. Ha, what a joke. What good is store credit when I don't plan on giving them any business in the future? I demanded money instead and eventually they agreed. I later learned that when I called the day prior to confirm pick up, that was when the bakery realized I had a cake order and started making the cake. I'll take my business elsewhere.
