  Dragons Den MMA is a very humbling and great school to be a part of. Professor Allan Bernstein is a great instructor and is highly detailed and knowledgeable when it comes to Gracie Jiu Jitsu. The tone he sets for school is truley remarkable. I can confidently say if your going to join do it !

  My 5 year old loves it. Very friendly and patient instructors, keep the kids focused and motivated. Highly recommend!

  This is more than just a kickboxing class. It is a family of different individuals who all push and support each other every step of the way. I have tried out so many different workouts and this is the first one that I ever stuck with for 3 years now. The classes push you to your limits and yet it is so much fun that you don't feel like it is a workout. I would recommend Dragon's Den for anyone, even for those who are just doing martial arts for the fun of it.

  I've been a student of Sensei Bernstein for 5+ years now and he has helped me develop a well put together ground game in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. His teachings are technical and well explained. He makes you feel comfortable as a student and is always helpful in guiding you on taking the right path to success. If you are interested in Martial Arts or Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, you should definitely make Sensei Bernstein one of your stops. This school might be smaller than most, but you can see his success through his students and that is because of how informative and dedicated he is toward his students.
