::EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT. DON'T GO. I had a narrowing gap from an extracted molar tooth in my lower jaw which created a gap in my front teeth. I wanted to get orthodontic job to close the gaps. Dr. Zand gave me two choices, first to pull the back two molar teeth in the lower jaw to close the gap from the extracted tooth, or the second choice is to push back the remaining two teeth and I have to do an implant to close the gap. I opted with the first choice of course. But the incompetent Dr. Zand didn't even take a look at the full mouth X-ray that cost me $500, to see that the molar tooth from the upper jaw across from the gap in my lower jaw is hanging out due to the gap. when she finished working on my teeth, the hanging tooth in my upper jaw was pushing down the lower jaw tooth. I wasn't able to bite my lips until the upper tooth pushed down my lower tooth and created the gap in my front teeth again. Dr. Zand also told me on my first visit that none of her patient needed to do a root canal, I had to do it, an extra charge out of my pocket, and I don't believe that I was the first. All that pain, money and trips to her clinic went in vain. EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT. DON'T GO.

::today i took my braces off, OMG!! i can't stop smiling :D i had a huge gap between my two front teeth, and i had overbite. but know it's PERFECT. Thanks to Dr. Zand for the good job. if you want to get fast results, follow things that Dr. Zand tells you, and you will get the perfect results you wished for, she does a great job, I just love her and the front desk girl is very professional and answers all the questions in the right manner, she was always helpful to me.
