  I took my car to get wash and dry and wax, when I got home it was making noise. I won't be doing that anymore.

  I used to come here regularly (my car has to be spotless for work) but something changed about a year ago. I got really frustrated after I took my car in and the interior vacuum job was so bad that I drove back and asked them to do it again. The center console wasn't wiped down and the carpet had barely been vacuumed. The guy who I think might be the manager pulled out a shop vac and reluctantly vacuumed the interior and offered no apology. It would be one thing if they were busy but they weren't. I was so over that experience that I signed up for the unlimited wash subscription over at Mr. Wash and use the Georgia Ave location. Now my car is always clean for work. This weekend I decided to try again with my wife's car and had the same frustrating results. The center console wasn't wiped down and the carpet was barely vacuumed and they were using wet rags on the windows and left streaks everywhere. I didn't take it back or complain because of my previous experience and just ended up vacuuming it and giving it a better detail job at home myself. I tried Queens Car Wash on Chillium with her car last time and they did a good job. I'll be taking it there from now on. Unless this place is purchased and put under new management, they won't be getting my business again. Nothing about this place says they care about a quality job.

  They knocked my rear view mirror off! Then they took no responsibility. I tried to get them to pay at least half of the cost. They of course refused and showed no empathy for my concerns whatsoever. I had been a dedicated customer since they opened, along with my wife (2 vehicles). This ended up costing me a $250 insurance deductible. I told them I would not be patronizing their business anymore. They didn't seem to care or value me as a long time customer. Another business that takes your money and doesn't really care about its customers! No integrity. Sad!

  They did a pretty good job washing my car! Looked shinny and less smelly too. Overall they are okay!

  I have gone to this car wash about 2 times. The first time, they did not vacuum my car completely and the windows were still dirty as hell. Also, there was one man who kept mean mugging me, I didn't even say anything to him. I thought, hey let me ask them to do a better job this time. So I did. And the guy had an attitude about it but I brushed it off. Again, they did not do a good job with the vacuuming and the mirrors, dirty. The same guy from the first time kept looking at me like he wanted to kill me. I'm so upset I spent money here twice AND gave tips twice. I'm never returning here again.
