  I am a patient of Dr. Tara and i am very excited each time i go. She takes the time to explain everything to you before she does anything. She is always interested in you and your day. Most people ask how are you but don’t really want you to answer, not Dr. Tara, she really cares. The staff is fantastic. They always check in on you and the smiles are contagious. I highly recommend this office.

  I see Dr. Tara for recurrent neck and back pain from a car accident years ago. I would recommend her to everyone and everywhere. She always makes time for me even she is packed. When I come to see her, I have very limited range of motion and beyond uncomfortable. I always leave her office feeling like a new woman!

  She explains everything before she does it and why she does it. She learns the best Way that you prefer to be corrected without having to ask you. She’s very intuitive and understanding. She definitely made me feel like she wanted to help me the best way she can.

  Dr Tara is an exceptional chiropractor and person. She has been the ultimate professional in taking time and care to properly diagnose and treat my neck issues. Her table side manner and skilled hands are second to none! I highly recommend the Kaizen Centre for chiropractic treatment and care.

  Dr.O’Brien and her staff provide a calm and welcoming environment for chiropractic care. Multiple appointments for my left shoulder have helped decrease pain and increase flexibility. There is usually no wait and the appts are around 25 minutes.
