  Poor isn't even the word for this place. I have been going to this dentist for the last 6 months. At first, despite the distance to the office ( I live in Kingston), the service and attention paid was great, but that all changed when I got a referral to have teeth extracted by an oral surgeon (I don't mind getting fillings done with Novocaine, but nobody is pulling my teeth while I'm conscious (and I hadn't been to a dentist in a while)). I was very punctual in making my appointment with the Oral Surgeon they referred me to in Fishkill ASAP and, being I was going once a week to get a filling or 2 done, I told them at my next visit that I had made the appointment....and the next....and the next....and the next. They keep such shoddy records that I had to tell them each time I went, and then after I had 3 teeth extracted, and there is no way you can miss the fact that I had them done, they kept asking me If and when I had them done, for the next 2 (almost 3) months. Meanwhile, as my gums were healing, they did some more work on fillings. I had to have 4 of my bottom left teeth redone...This dentist left multiple raw nerve endings exposed. My jaw did not hurt at all before I went in to have these done. I left in so much pain and I still can't eat on my left side too well, and my jaw is in near constant pain. I wouldn't wish this pain on anyone. I've told them of this pain and the nerves, but they just disregarded it and told me it would go away. I had the fillings done in early September, and I write this in November. Still there, still constant, Still mentioned to them, still they ignore it. I'm hoping I can change dentists and still get my impressions done, but if not, I'm changing as soon as they are finished.
