  Let me clarify this that I am not a patient in this practice but I called this clinic to get an employment verification for one of the team members is applying with us saying that she worked there in the past. The lady in the front picked up the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude. Without even offering me how may I help you or anything she by herself figured it out that that's a marketing call what I'm trying to sell. Being in the same business I totally understand that all our phone lines should be dedicated to our patients and it is important for us to rule out or eliminate all other conversations but not by literally rushing or slapping the phone back to you.
