  Finding another eyecare place as of today. I'm a new patient that has been given the consistent round-a- bout with rescheduled appointments. My appointments kept getting cancelled and rescheduled at the last minute and they were always a month a part. I never seen the doctor for my first appointment because for some reason, he's either busy or not there.

  The worst service of all time, this was the only place that took my HMO insurance. I wanted to get nice glasses but they said my insurance only covered these cheap frames. I think they are doing insurance miss billing because the lady in the front said I will get charge regardless if I use my insurance or not. F- for this place!

  They have these young dumb girls at the front that apparently don't know the answer to anything unless they ask 'Armando' lmao I'd rather pay what it costs to get glasses than have my insurance pay it and have to deal with these people again
