::If I could give 10 stars, I would! I came to Dr Ruiz and Associates after not taking care of my oral hygiene for many years! I was very anxious but was greeted by the most caring and compassionate team. From the front desk to meeting Dr. Ruiz, every person treated me with dignity and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. I have had three appointments so far and my teeth have improved drastically. I also brought my young kids in for their appointments and both kids were cooperative and engaged - which is an achievement for a dental office! ::On my recent check up to the dentist, I walked in to the office and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff at he front desk. I got checked in fairly quickly and waited under 5 minutes before being walked in to my room. Debbie was friendly and did an amazing job showing me around the office, showing me the advanced technology they use and introducing me to her fellow staff. She took me to my room and made sure I was comfortable before the next person came to see me. My hygienist Connie introduced herself before she started my cleaning, she was very sweet and made sure I felt no discomfort whatsoever during the cleaning process. She took her time and everything went well. Aside from my cleaning I needed a little work done, and that's where Dr. Ruiz, came in while I was with the hygienist to check on me. He took the time to ask if I felt any discomfort in my mouth. (which I literally felt nothing-this was a pain free process- thank you). Together they worked cohesively in making sure my teeth came out great. Once they were all done they made sure I was well and I went on my way with no discomfort at all. My overall experience with this dental office hands down was amazing. Thank you to everyone that made this happen. See you all next visit!
