  Dr. Im ruined my face. I went out of the country for two years, and he pretended that my treatment was done and left me with incomplete invisalign. My jaw is now misaligned, my bite is off and my face is crooked. I am so angry and troubled at the quality of life I have now because of him. Everyday I regret going to his office. He even had the temerity to try and pretend he could fix the problem, leading me to put off my college studies for another year. It took an orthodontist to tell me that invisalign could not fix my problem. This doctor has ruined my life.
