  Appointment at 4, expect to be there until 6, at least. They have zero respect for your time. He works 8 hours a week. The office is old, smells bad, and is dumpy. The staff is fine, but they can’t change the nonsense. The kids are all seen in a big room with five or six chairs and zero privacy. It’s a creepy setup. He charges for rubberband bags. Seriously. Which is insane considering the thousands of dollars braces cost. I so wish we’d gone to a diff one. My next kid will absolutely NOT go here.

  Didn't like it old dirty long waits rude staff. Experience was painful.

  Weird but friendly staff. Convenient location. Be nice if they opened on saturdays. Could use some up to date vending machines and furniture in the waiting area.

  I wouldn't recommend that anyone go see Dr.McGill because for one once you've reached your rubber band stage, you have to keep up with the baggie you were given to receive a refill on bands or pay $5.00 for a new bag every time. My bottom lip was cut by a dentist there, while she should have been cutting my 8 chain.

  The people there are really nice and they make you feel comfortable. The only problem that I have with them is that I don't think they know what they are really doing. When I got finished my my treatments they left my back teeth messed up so now I have to spend extra money for somebody to fix it. It is hard for me to chew foods because of what they did.
