  2 minute cleaning. My teeth still felt the same. He did the same thing to my husband doesn't do a full cleaning at all. Didnt even let me rinse my mouth. Staff the lady at the front was kind but the office seseemed weird. Wont go back again

  I called up for an appointment for my son. She asked me if he was seen before. I replied with he did make an appointment a coupld months ago but had to cancel that day because he was sick so he may be in the computer. So she responded with a " so you cancelled that day"? Yes. Oh ok have a good day thank you for contacting our office but you can go back to the dentist assigned to your son. I said excuse you, i cant make an appointment No she replies rudely, but doctor doesnt accept patients back who cancelled at last minute. Are you serious because i work in the medical field and never heard of this. Well thats how it is goodbye. Im like you are rude. She started cursing at me and hung up. I called back right away and asked for the office mgr, she told me she was the manager. I said Wow and talk to people that way. She said your in the medical field you should know better than to cancel at last minute. I said things happen. She cursed at me again and hung up. Worse experience ever

  PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! First of all i came in on time for my appointment, i was having tooth aches all morning and the receptionist buzzed the door open and was reviewing all her missed calls and mentioned she was getting frustrated. Phone rings and i overheard her say " i cant wait for you to come in and see all this stupidity." On the other line a woman's insurance got declined and the receptionist went on to tell her that the dentist is "top of queen's dentistry, Graduated from a top university and won an award for Obama care." and that she's sorry her insurance didn't get approved. After a 30 min wait due to the "Dentist" losing his cellphone i was attended and proceeded to the back. The dentist then tapped my teeth and automatically said that they needed to be removed and with a dramatic ass attitude he said "nothing is free" meanwhile he said he doesn't have the proper training to do anything about it and claimed that the exam is "too hard" and that the state only wants work done through the computer, he also stated he can do anything at all about the pain or even prescribe anything. Lol its hilariously irritating that this visit lasted 2 mins. I swear all i got out of this hour long visit was unnecessary attitude, waste of time & more tooth pain. luckily thanks to the dentist a few blocks away i got what i needed.

  I was referred to this dentist by my old dentist and let me save you the time, DO NOT GO! the cleaning was the fastest cleaning my mom and brother had. My brother went back a few days later because he had a really bad toothache, well the dentist said the first visit was free but this one he had to pay for, $90. He told my brother his teeth were fine and walked out in 2 mins. Right after he walked out, he had pain and still has pain so DO NOT GO! They just want your money. I cancelled my appointment And we have moved to another dentist, one who cares and knows what to do.
