  This practice was unprofessional and the office is run down and dirty. More importantly, they've committed insurance fraud! They tried to get me to add services I didn't need and I declined. However, they still billed my insurance for multiple services that I didn't receive. Thankfully I review insurance statements carefully; otherwise I would have paid money I didn't owe and my premiums would have gone up.
