  The office looks like an antique store, not very clean. Old equipment and they try to make you buy extras you don't want for the glasses

  Bad customer service. I spent over $500 dollars on contact lenses (which did not properly fit my eyes) and when I tried to get my prescription for my glasses I have had to call and remind Dr. Esses to send me the prescription. It has been over 2 weeks of contacting the office with multiple phone calls and I have still not received my prescription. Therefore, I am still without glasses because of their lack of customer service.
