  I have been using Dr. Grand for several years now, and can genuinely say that she is the best dentist I have ever had. She is extremely thorough and patient, taking the time to explain what she is doing step by step so that you actually understand what’s being done and why. She is also the most painless and gentle. I used to LOATHE going to the dentist, but with Dr. Grand it is an extremely pleasant experience. Great and friendly staff as well. Could not recommend this dentist more highly!

  Dr. Grand is an amazing dentist, not just because of her exquisite dental abilities, but also because of her delightful personality! She is so kind and always puts her patients first. I was amazed and unbelievably happy that I was able to receive dental care for not only myself, but also my husband and six children. My oldest is 17 and my youngest is 3. Dr. Grand makes us all feel so welcome and my kids look forward to seeing her and her staff at each appointment. I am so glad that I do not have to drag my family to get their teeth cleaned. I recommend Dr. Grand to everyone who expects exceptional dental care! Aside from my regular checkups and cleanings, Dr. Grand did my lumineers and Zoom teeth whitening. She also gave my husband an excellent night guard for his snoring. My kids have all received sealants. Very happy with her!

  I have been going to Dr. Grand for many years and it's been great. I recommend her to all my friends. She takes her time and gets it right. I recently had my teeth whitened by Dr. Grand and even she was surprised to see my teeth improve 13 shades !

  I went to Dr Grand for a second opinion so glad I did. My former dentist only said there is only 1 very expensive option I had. Dr Grand went over the many ways to take care of my problem. I feel very comfortable with her and her patience with all my questions She spent a good hour with me and it was no charge, When I left the office I felt like I knew her for many years. So Glad she understands what I needed and is willing to do dentistry that I can afford.

  They CANNOT bill correctly and have absolutely no idea about insurance companies. These people told us our insurance covered 2 cleanings , X-rays and exams a year and we did the procedures (which we would not have done otherwise) because they told us it was covered. THEN the bill came. We called them and called the insurance company for months over and over. Then the husband who works the desk (who loves to tell us his credentials) was a pompous jerk, and told me we haven't done our part in calling the insurance company to fix their error. AND when I offered to split the bill with him, he said he wasn't sure if I had called my insurance company enough and he would need me to prove I did. He was completely rude and was not willing to work with us al all. I told him he was losing our business. He just lost a family of 4 less because he was not willing to split a bill with us to correct THEIR error, but more because he was utterly rude to me and talked to me like a child. Money talks jerk! I hope you lose business from this review.
