  I am only giving 3 stars. Dr. Sykes is great. My complaint is with the office staff. We had an appointment scheduled for an afternoon due to my work schedule. I work nights and had just come off of four twelve hours shifts so I was sleeping. When I woke up I had a message from around 830 asking that we confirm the appointment. That’s fine for a normal persons schedule however I was asleep! The appointment was for 345 for my child. When I woke up to get ready for the appointment at 2 she said she did not feel well. Took her temp and it was 103. I called the office by 230 to male them aware that we would not be there as she was running a temp. The lady was extremely rude yelled that it would have been nice to know that during the morning hours.. A. I was sleeping and she did not have a temp at that time or I would have called earlier. B. No need to be so rude life happens. C. This is a professional establishment and the situation did not call for rudeness nor yelling at me on the phone.

  I have had baby teeth all my life and a crocked smile to cover it up. Adult Braces? Are you kidding me? Thanks to Dr. Sikes and his staff I am a new woman with a beautiful smile. I wish I had known earlier that this could be corrected and at such a reasonable price. No pain, they work around your schedule, and the sweetest nicest people you will ever know. So happy with all the Compliments! Thanks Dr. Sikes! Shan
