  Keith Gurland saved my eyesight, when I mixed ammonia with water and got a plume of it in my face. He did something right. Keith is an excellent doctor and a very nice guy. His Father was my Father's eye doctor and mine before Keith joined the practice. Keith; told me we went to grammar school together. I remember him now. Hi Paula, I saw you sitting near the wall the day I was there.

  It's not my first issue with them. They are literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The first time when I booked an appointment and when arrived there, they said no appointments. Second time now with my wife when she paid her $40 copay and after 9 months, they are sending a bill home and asking for the $ 40 copay. I called them and asked if my insurance is $40 copay for any MD; are you gonna collect this $40 before the visit or send a bill home later and she confirmed this has to be paid before seeing the doctor. I informed them that we paid this copay in cash otherwise you won't let her enter. She said then you should bring the receipt to prove this payment (from 9 months ;) Lol. They are even so rude while asking for this money. The receptionist has the worst attitude ever. I will never visit them again and I don't recommend to anyone.

  The receptionist has the biggest attitude ever. Worst doctor I have ever been to, don't waste your time going there

  I've been a patient of the office for about 5 years now. My son is now 4 years old and his first and ONLY eye exams have been here. I am very sensitive and picky when it comes to my son and I must say that I don't trust anyone but the staff of Mr. Gurland's office to watch over my son's vision. Thank you to the entire office, and may they all have a Blessed and Happy Holidays along with their families.
