::Never introduced himself when he walked in the room, barely made eye contact and completely ignored my child twice when she tried to talk to him. He didn't even acknowledge me a couple of times when I asked him a question or made a comment. We waited over an hour to see him and he spent around 5 minutes in our room. He rushed through the evaluation and made a pretty poor diagnosis in my opinion...I have been a paramedic for 7 years and my wife a pediatric nurse for 11 years now. I will never let this man see my child again.

::Dr. Dalton is one of the best at explaining your child’s illness. That’s important to me as a parent.

::Got to give a shout out to our beloved Dr. John Dalton, and his fabulous staff. We drove from McKinney to Hurst yesterday cause I knew my guy was super sick and needed to see the team that saw him through his first year. I NEVER regret making that drive. Its home and it's right. Their level of concern, attentiveness, and professionalism is unmatched. We were there for two hours and left with everything we needed, giving me the confidence I needed to care for him. This morning at 8:09, those same familiar voices called us to check on him and see how he made it through the night and what we needed for today. That is why we will always make the drive to see our team at Cooks when we need anything.
