  Trying to reach to book an appointment, and the call is redirected to call center every-time, saying they have high call volume and cannot attend this call. I have been trying for every 15 to 20 minutes since past couple of hours and no luck.

  Not quite thrilled with the front office - staff a bit "chilly" there. You may be scheduled for an appointment at 2:00, be finally brought into an examination room at that time, wait another 15-20 minutes before you see the doctor. DESPITE ALL THESE INCONVENIENCES, AT LEAST YOU KNOW YOU ARE GETTING THE BEST CARE POSSIBLE IN THE AREA - do a bit a research about him and you will see what backs up his standard "MD" credentials. He DOES spend the time you need with him and is quite personable. Personally, I have 2 suggestions: bring a decent pad of paper with you and write down every single question you have, even if you are not sure it's relevant or in his scope of expertise, AND bring your iPhone or a thick magazine to read for the long waiting time. He is also quite respected by his peers.

  You can tell that he genuinely cares about his patients. He takes his time and explains so you can understand what's going on with you. I am completely satisfied when I go to his office! From the service in the front desk to the back!
