::I went to Family First Dentistry a few years ago to have a routine check-up and x-rays. I hadn't been to the dentist in years because I had never had any problems and, as a raft guide at the time, didn't have any dental insurance. Dr. Harr was very nice and considerate, but told me that I had 8 cavities after never having a cavity in my life. Upset and nervous about the cost, I chatted with the receptionist about getting the fillings and figuring out how to pay the astronomical cost without insurance. Luckily, I went with my gut and decided not to get the "cavities" filled. Years have gone by and I was terrified to go to the dentist again, but finally went a couple weeks ago to a dentist in Tennessee. To my surprise, the new dentist said my teeth looked great and there were no signs of cavities even though Dr. Harr claimed I had 8. Not only did Dr. Harr mislead me about my dental condition, but he was going to drill into perfectly healthy teeth. I hope other folks have better experiences with him because he seemed like a nice guy.

::I needed a tooth extracted, but I had a deadline and couldn't find anyone who could fit me in. Dr. Harr made a place for me in his schedule. Thanks, Doc.
