::Dr. Chang is an effective communicator, and his office has a good service model with great staff. I stayed as long as I needed to. Dr. Chang was very quick at diagnosis. Hygienist was considerate and careful. The office verifies insurance beforehand to ease operations and financing. Multilingual staff are able to communicate in English, Cantonese Chinese and Mandarin Chinese.
