  Dr. Pao had a promotional deal for Laney College where students paid $10 for a full eye exam. It was the first one I have had since I was a child, and in the last few years it has become increasingly difficult for me to see the board during lectures (and I always sit at the front). Dr. Pao explained everything that was going on throughout the procedure, which was all the more appreciable since I took an optics class this spring and had a bit more understanding of the mechanisms of the human eye. In the end it turned out I was slightly nearsighted with astigmatism in the left eye. The difference with and without the lenses was incredible. I am deeply appreciative of the services, and how kind of her to offer this discount to community college students.

  We like that Dr. Pao, explains as much as she can for me to understand my predicament and recommends the right/proper eyewear to use. Now that we live in Arizona, we still go to her once of even twice a year for her.
