  They responded to bid job quickly. A few glitches in communication inter office there as my email approving template just never got passed along. Eventually that got worked out and i got an install date. That day they arrived and right away they had cut one piece wrong. They were going to remedy that and cont. Forward carrying in pieces, but to many pieces. I agreed to template seam locations. This company took it apon themselves to change seam locations to suit their needs without as much as a phone call. I suggested two other ways he could have done it and i would have like to been involved. They basically told me they dont do it that way and i will meet industry standards. Originally he said it could be done like other companies also said, but now says cant be done. Even though it is getting done now by someone else. They were rude and tried to convince me this was the only way. When i did not fold they went away telling me they were not going to charge me anything.. lol

  We've gone to Drs Lee and Konen for over 20 years. They and their staff are great, and so are our teeth.
