  Worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctors office. He doctor himself (D Patel) was abrasive and quick to dismiss my issues. We did a simple (very painful) blood test. His assistant couldn’t draw blood after poking me 5 times, then the doctor came and got blood from my hand. That was supposedly it. They changed me a co-pay of about $150. My insurance company told me I shouldn’t have paid anything and it took about a month of endless phone calls (most of which went something like “the person you need to speak to isn’t here, they’ll call you back” - and they never did. Once I finally got a refund l, the lab that ran the diagnostics for the blood test sent me a bill for $140. Although my insurnace originally said the physical and blood test were fully covered, and I shouldn’t worry about the invoice, once I got a second invoice they changed their story and said the doctor ran 7 tests that weren’t “standard” and they didn’t cover tide specific tests. The saga continues. Matter is currently in appeal with the insurnace company. Avoid this office at all costs!
