  From the consultation through to post-op to follow-ups, the entire staff were wonderful. Everything was explained to the finest details, handled with care and processed efficiently. Dr. Pincus took detailed notes to understand exactly what I was looking for before and after surgery. He explained how he was best able to give me what I wanted and what I should expect both before and after surgery. I am very happy with the results. I would highly recommend using Romanelli Cosmetic Surgery for any other procedures I would consider having done.

  I have been a long time patient. After my second visit with Dr. Pincus, I am absolutely pleased! He has a great down to earth personality, he is professional and innovative, he made me feel and look amazing and 10 years younger! The office also had a face lift and looks beautiful. The staff is pleasant and professional. I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my face!

  After being thin my whole life, stress/worklife/family life has taken a toll on my body the last ten years – and I have gained 25lbs over my target weight. I have dieted off and on for the past decade and exercised regularly, with little results to show – in reality – each year at my annual physical – I have been +/- 2lbs. As I am nearing my 40th birthday – I wanted to do something for myself for a change and my New Years resolution was to lose weight and to get help with my nutrition from a Nutritionist and to accelerate the process with liposuction. After going to consults in Boston and in New York with several top doctors, I made the decision to go with Dr. Pincus. I felt extremely comfortable and welcomed by everyone in his office. Dr. Pincus is so welcoming, professional and kind throughout my consultation. During the consultation, Dr. Pincus recommended that I consider local anesthesia so I would be awake during the procedure, yet feel minor discomfort. Dr. Pincus spoke honestly about the risks and limitations of surgery and helped me understand the procedure and the healing process. We decided on liposuction of the abdomen and flanks. I went into my surgery day only 5 days ago – and the results are amazing. Within 30 minutes of entering the office, I was completely prepped and up on the operating table. I had incredible nurses during the procedure – both Nurse Tracy and Nurse Arlene took such great care of me and helped relieve me of any anxiety. The procedure was 1.5 hours – yet it did not feel that long as the bed side manner of Dr. Pincus was amazing. We were cracking jokes and telling stories throughout the whole procedure. He was constantly asking me about my comfort level and was able to manage the procedure to minimize any discomfort. After the procedure, I went into a private recovery room where I texted all my friends and family about my wonderful experience- all who were amazed that I had only finished the procedure minutes before. Now here is the amazing part. The procedure was so good, that I felt virtually zero pain since the procedure. Case in point, my best friend picked me up from Dr. Pincus’s office around 5:45, and rather go home as we planned – we went out for a wonderful sushi dinner – all less than an hour after I left the operating table! Over the last couple of days since the procedure, I have felt very little pain and my results are incredible. My swelling has gone down each day and I couldn’t be happier with the results so far. I am so satisfied with the results of the liposuction from Dr. Pincus – the whole customer service experience and his bedside manner, patience and staff FAR exceeded my expectation.. Best money and time I've ever spent on anything in my life. Big thumbs up! I recommend Dr. Pincus to all of my family and friends. So happy with my decision.

  I had been looking at getting a hair restoration procedure done for a little while. I looked around at a few places, but decided to get have it done by Dr Pincus and his team. The whole experience was very pleasant. For the initial consultation, Dr. Pincus made me feel very relaxed and comfortable with what he wanted to do. He didn't pressure me into doing anything I didn't want to do. He explained everything to me in terms that I could understand, told me what to expect, how long the healing process would take, and when I can expect to see the results I was looking for. The day of the procedure, Dr Pincus and his team made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure, constantly asking me if I was comfortable. So far, I am very happy with the results. I liked it enough to recommended a friend, who is also going to get the procedure done.
