I have been with David for 20+ years he is one of the best practitioners I have met. He diagnosed my cancer saw me through it and has been there through many ailments. He is very thorough with his visits and asks the correct questions to diagnose the problem.

I will no longer be a customer for this center because they are rude selfish money grubbers.Lab Corp located upstairs has certain rude phlebotomist who don't know how to code your lab request correctly so that your secondary takes anything your main insurance provider doesn't cover. I now have 2 collection bills because of their mistakes to which I had to figure out myself by back tracking the paper trail. There are certain lab Corp reps there that should not be drawing blood without butchering you while asking if your "dehydrated".When you call Dr. Parks main number it always rolls into voicemail. You will never get a live person when you call the number. If you do leave a voicemail it won't be answered until the next day. If your a patient calling to talk to a nurse the voicemail does not give you the number to press or an extension to any other Dept. If you do have an appointment remember to bring a jacket and gloves because they will always have the waiting rooms set at an uncomfortable cold chill so much that certain areas have electric heaters plugged into the walls for people to sit by to keep warm. On your appointment day be prepared to wait and wait and wait sometimes hours before you see the nurse and when I say nurse I mean that because Dr Parks will never be seen by you unless you specifically requested this when the schedulers give you an appointment. But don't you be late because last week I was late for the first time in 4 years and they would not wait on me told me to reschedule and then 2 days later I get a bill from them charging me with same day cancel. If Parks does see you he will give lengthy explanations at a level of Doctors language that patients like me don't follow. Be ready for shamming if a certain nurse there sees that you didn't have a procedure done due to not having a ride to pic me up afterwards "some people don't even have insurance you should've called a cab or was it because your to scared?" even though the pre appointment welcome pkg clearly states outgoing patient cannot use taxi or uber.

David is very patient and understanding. He takes the time to break down your issue and explain it in terms you can understand. He has been my Doctor for eleven years.

Often extremely long waits to see Dr. Parks...sometimes 2+ hours. There is even a long wait to see his PA. However, Dr. Parks is supremely thorough with you...often to a fault. No wonder he's so far behind schedule. He should understand that sometimes patients don't really care to know all the scientific history of everything he decides to do for your treatment. Just keep it simple. That said, he is SO polite and knowledgeable it is more worth the wait than not. One should also be aware that Dr. Parks may be a bit too eager to prescribe certain medications for treatment rather than suggest alternative methods. Chad is great at the front desk and always very helpful and polite. The physician's assistant is competent, but he is a bit too self-important for his own good and comes across as more rude than kind and understanding. He needs to get over himself. All this said, it is a good practice.
