  This dentist was great for a couple years. The office staff turned over and he merged with his wife’s company and that’s when it became an extremely stressful and negative experience dealing with billing. There are several undisclosed charges that were added after an bill was sent. They incorrectly submitted to insurance so insurance wasn’t able to process the claim. They told me to submit to insurance for them and never got back to me on instruction for how to accomplish this. They added random charges post dated that didn’t exist in any prior bill or ledger history. I had my attorney send them a letter demanding they send my outstanding service dates to insurance. They sent some but not all and ultimately sent me to collections. They went from telling me not to worry about my bill because they were working with insurance to giving up, not submitting it to insurance, and telling me I had to pay it in full out of pocket and submit it to insurance by myself. I am glad that I had this negative experience. Upon leaving this practice and trying a different dentist I learned how out of date Fletcher’s dental tech is. I had the most wonderful, detailed, and communicative cleaning at my new dentist and am so surprised at how far the dental industry has come in tech. Don’t go to Fletcher. The paperwork will be a nightmare and you can get better cleanings and dental education elsewhere.

  I will never visit this place again in future. I went for tooth cleaning and for entire two hour appointment entire staff spent time taking couple of x-rays and polishing. From the first minute they are trying to insist why a second visit is must for cleaning instead of focusing on current appointment. They should understand one thing first, if the experience during first visit is bad why would anyone come for second visit. I visit multiple dentists before, no one will take 2-3 appointments with each lasting for two hour long just for regular cleaning. Especially the lady at front desk is very rude. When I said I am not scheduling second visit for now, she didn't even answered politely when I asked breakdown charges etc.

  As someone who is also in healthcare, I greatly appreciate Dr. Fletcher’s expertise in dental health. Not only is he great at what he does, but he is also compassionate and cares about people’s well-being. His approach in dentistry is like an art and he prioritizes patient’s needs and goals to do the best possible job. Absolutely recommend him for families and for any dental health prevention and treatment. His practice is a gem in Bellevue, unlike any other!

  I would recommend Dr. Fletchers office to anybody. Everyone is this office is amazing, does wonderful work and you can tell they truly care for what they do.

  This review is long overdue as Dr. Fletcher has been my Dentist for the past 13 years. In short Dr. Fletcher and Sandra, my Hygienist, are the only two people I would trust my teeth and gums to and I’ve always been happy with the results. Dr. Fletcher and his entire staff (Hi Yelena!) are professional, accommodating and have created an environment that is welcoming, warm and family oriented. They’re thorough and will answer the ‘why’ a certain approach or tool is being used, and explain the ‘what’ will take place during your visit for those that are interested. I haven’t had to cringe for a long time knowing that I have a dentist visit on the books….I actually look forward to seeing everyone knowing that my teeth and gums will be clean and my overall health will have improved because of my visit. Thank you to Corey, Sandra and the entire staff at Dr. Fletcher's
