  Due to the pandemic, my wife and I put off our routine dental care for three years until yesterday. Unfortunately, the dentist we had in mind to visit wasn’t available, so we made an appointment with Dr. Wu, thanks to the great help from the staff at the front desk, who were very courteous and helpful in providing useful information about the dentists available on the day that best satisfied our schedule. What was worth mentioning first on our visit was the dental assistants, particularly Ms. Lian, who was extremely careful and responsible in handling a very comprehensive X-ray on my teeth by seeking the best angles to ensure safety and comfort. As to Dr. Wu, we really had an unexpected happy experience with him. He was a very courteous, conscientious and trustworthy dentist who recommended the best measures and procedures for us to take for dental care without pressing on us anything unessential for the time being. What most impressed us was the fantastic experience we had through the cleaning procedure, which turned out to be thorough and meticulous without the slightest discomfort. Dr. Wu also made a point of double-checking our teeth with reference to the X-rays for latent problems at the end of the service, and the advice and information he provided afterward on proper dental care are real valuable and necessary for us to follow in the future. I would like to recommend Dr. Wu to anyone in need of dental care.
