  Absolute worse they put me on hold over 6 times and forgot about my calls. They are rude, poorly trained, and extremely unprofessional. Front desk need to be changed.

  The reviews that are posted here are mostly about individuals that are complaining about money issues or staff. They do not address the service that the doctor gives directly. My mother has been going to him for more than 20 years. I have recently started going and have not had any issues, neither with the money (since we have insurance) or the staff. The staff is very nice and professional. They tend to remember every patient each time they come back. Even though he moved location we still continued to go to him as he is very understanding and tries to address our needs when he can. He is very kind and makes sure that his patients are well taken care of. My mother recently had to have a procedure done that requires her to stay in bed rest for a couple of weeks and Dr. Cocoziello gave us his personal cellphone number just in case we need to call him directly at any time. All in all we are very satisfied with his service and we will continue to be his patients for many years to come.

  I was a patient in which they took me to court, due to nonpayment. I had no idea money was due.(a year later) turns out the previous girl never sent out statements. Paid half only sine they were also over charging me. the new girl apologized and wanted me to return by as a patient HELL NO. I paid all money due and turns out they after paying the money sent me to collections for 152.00 for what...going to give them a call. this is ridicules. This also happened to a co-worker that went to them!!

  I made an appointment weeks ago after being bounced around from doctor to doctor (haven't even seen any of them) I finally got stuck with DR. Cocoziello when I made the apt the women over the phone were very rude and had me on hold for quit some time but I was so fed up about not having seen a doctor I decided to stick with them and make an apt. And just 30 min before my apt they called me to cancel bc the doctor was gonna be able to see me.... I'm sooooo angry I have now missed my first sonogram apt

  I wish I could give him a zero star instead of one. Horrible experience!!! His assistant/receptionist is the worst human being I've ever met in my life. Terrible place. All they care about is sucking more money out of you. They did tests I never wanted to get done and sent me over a $1000 dollar bill. I'm even thinking of suing them. They keep wasting my time ever since I went to their office. I would not recommend going to this horrible doctor's office to anyone. Worst experience !
