::I donāt usually leave comments but I had to.this has been the best experience Iāve ever had. The staff is very nice, down to earth,yet still professional. I think itās cause they have a cool. Boss Mrs faleye has to be one of the kindest warm hearted person I know, and itās not even with me just listening to her work with other customers she goes above and beyond.I even heard her give opportunities to a few folks with references etc in other fieldās. Sheās smart, beautiful and kind. Best orthodontist ever

::I give them a three star because I was supposed too get a call back the next two weeks but didnāt and itās been a whole month now. I want too call them but they are always closed or they didnāt answer the phone š„² but I really want and need braces so I might call early in the morning! But a month age it was good customer service and they where happy and engaging through the whole consultation process.

::LOVE...Dr. Faleye!! Had to post my review as I know these can attract unreasonable reviews. I believe our mindset going into these must be very balanced and transparent. My Experience was Excellent, reassuring and Life Changing!! Thanks to Dr. Faleye and her team for fixing my smile and a long overdue desire to straighten my teeth!!

::I have been trying to make an appointment forever to go back and get my braces done but due to Covid I understand that issue. Iāve had to reschedule due to having the appointment months out and not getting a reminder call since the first time I went to get the braces on. My insurance had been paying but I havenāt been seen at all. All I would like to do is get the normal appointments so that I can complete this process for my braces. If you see this comment, please reach out and call because I call and it just rings and then your closed. Update: I was able to finally get an appointment and a callback to rectify the issue and an apology. I truly appreciate them and I was handled with efficiency and expeditiously! Thank you so much!!!

::My first time here was good and the dental assistant was very nice and helpful. Now today I go back for my 6 weeks check up and Tiffany (one of the dental assistants are changing out my rubber bands. As she prepared to assist me she put on gloves and grab all needed material (open and closing drawers). She proceeded to assist me with out changing her gloves (no big deal everybody gets side track). I politely asked her to change her gloves (I donāt want your hands in my mouth with the same gloves on that you just touched draw handles and chairs with). She responded, āyou the one coughing! You can reschedule if you likeā. FYI, I was trying to breathe. Thank god it wasnāt due to a medical Condition. Long story short, she was offended because I asked her to change her gloves before touching my mouth and Dr Faleye basically told me I had no choice but to let her service me or I can leave because it was time for lunch. Needless to say, she did change her gloves and I let her service me due to me already paying. However, I will not be back. I will be taking my money elsewhere especially since Iām paying out of pocket. Customer service is everything and that is something the doctor and her assistant Tiffany lacks. If you not big on customer service, then go ahead, but if you like good customer service as well as a good product THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. In addition, I asked for another dental assistant and dr faleye stated Tiffany had 10 years experience as if that made her behavior okay. Itās too many virus and germs going on for a place such as a orthodontic Clinic not to practice good hygiene. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. 3/22 update: Dr Faleye reaches out to me the next morning after I posted the above review (not sure if she saw it) but she wanted to apologize. She said she thought about it and she owned up to not handling the situation correctly. I was not looking for any compensation except the dental assistant be more cautious and have better safe and health practices. In addition, she cancelled my next payment. I do believe in second chances so I will give her one more try hopefully it wonāt happen again but Tiffany could Nevvvvvva. I requested Iām never to be put on her column again. There is no telling how many times she has touch nasty things and then put her hands in somebody mouth, I donāt trust her!!! I saw her when I went to the office after speaking to the Dr. and she just side eyed me. She didnāt not even have the decency to wrong her right. Sheās just a bad seed in a good facility for now.
