  Since the company wants to pretend they don't know me as a customer - the owner, Steve Sebrell, tried to bribe me to not post a negative review about my experience with them by giving a discount on the final payment, which I declined.

  I used this contractor awhile back for basement remodel and had a terrible experience. Lies told and didn't bother to uphold his end of the written agreement. They did more damage then good. Including damaging appliances I had purchased for the remodel. I had to get a replacement contractor to come finish up before selling the house. Finally settled out of court. Beware of this Contractor.

  DPS is a great company comprised of people who know their trade. We worked together from developing the plan, and to its implementation. I'd say the process was manageable because they are nice and accommodating people who are trying to make the client happy. It really helps that if your are going into a construction project, know what to expect at every stage and keep a close eye at progress. That way you can resolve issues early if they arise, because they inevitably arise. The key to success is to keep the line of communication open. Let them know what you're thinking early, and they will work with you to resolve any issues. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone looking to carry out major work on their house.

  Steve and his team worked on a master suite addition to our house. While we experienced a few timing setbacks that couldn't be avoided, DPS was patient and worked with us to make things fit our budget. Our project manager was very courteous, patient, and responsive to our requests.
