  I came today to do a yoga class and found the studio to be taken over by a martial arts studio in the making. No more yoga shala☹️

  Recently became a member of Yoga Shala. I am new to yoga and I love that they have beginners sessions. It has been wounderful to learn yoga and I feel tremendous improvement is the way I feel in my frame. Further more I love how they come across as an organic establishment in the sense that they are not heavily commercialized. Love the studio.
