  Great location, friendly staff, decent room. Recommend staying in their suite style room, as it is larger and not noisy.

  0% hospitality. The front desk was very rude and used volgur language toward me. I will never stay there again. Paying more money for a nicer hotel is very recommend.

  We stayed here. The lady at the desk was super nice. She brought my pillow to me that I dropped in the lobby. My complaint is the noise from the Tram and the buses made it almost impossible to sleep. The bed needs to be updated, but for the price it was ok.

  This is not a boutique hotel. It is excellent place for what it is. Our room was clean, hotel was quiet and staff were all polite. I was even loaned an umbrella for an extremely rainy day.
