::The gym itself is nice, clean and conveniently located for downtown residents. The 1 star rating is for the unprofessional and downright rude customer service that was recently received on more than one occasion. Because of the lack of professional service received from this location I have now canceled my membership

::Date: 7/8/17. Waited outside with a few other people, Saturday morning for 30+ plus minutes. No one showed up to open facility. Tried to contact office. Went to Hutchinson instead. Will not be returning to the Downtown location.
