  Rude customer service I’m calling corporate the bus lady was training someone and the bus was 20 min late which means I was late for work...... y’all need new energetic people she was yelling in my face talking bout this is not a load which I didn’t understand route #1581 November 18,2017. Bus 102 bush inter. HORRIBLE

  Homeless folks aside...this is a great spot...Metro needs to be 24hrs...but it won't happen
