::WARNING TO ALL DOWNTOWN PET OWNERS: DO NOT take your dog to get groomed here! I specifically told them not to shave the underside of my dog, and what did they do? Shaved my dog! This has caused him extreme pain and discomfort as the neglect from the groomer cased razor burn on his already sensitive skin. Due to inability to listen to customer request and provide safe animal care . I will be spending even more money at the vet getting ointment to alleviate the pain they caused. This is a warning to all residents so they can avoid the same hassle, harm, and financial burden to their beloved fur friends!

::Both of our dogs Kaiser and Cupcake get occasional grooming done here and always come back looking great and smelling great as well. Such a friendly staff too. This place is always reliable and trustworthy proving once again that style, hospitality and courteousness thrives in the heart of downtown dallas!

::Do not go here for grooming or bathing your dog. My medium size dog was supposedly bathed but came out with the exact same dirt marks on his fur. Stains that I could and did brush off myself later. I seriously think all they did was spray something on because he didn't look or smell as clean as every other groomer I've been to and was still damp. They expect payment before bringing your dog upfront. You are better off traveling a little farther than going here.

::Prices for baths are very reasonable and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. My dog will literally pull me into the store when we are walking by to stop in. They have a selection of high quality dog foods and treats that are made in the USA. Overall great place!
