  Love this place! They make life convenient for me! From scheduling my service appts online, to being in and out, to the extra service they provide (like cleaning my car) I love downtown nissan!!

  I would like to express my gratitude to my salesman Jeff Peck. He was very nice,polite and he went above and beyond to help me purchase my new vehicle. He was helpful throughout the whole process. He was a blessing and is an excellent salesman. I recommend if you are looking to purchase a vehicle ask for Jeff he is the best.

  I bought a brand new 2016 rogue and once I got to 4,000 miles there was a noise in the transmission. I took it in and they said they would need to put in a new transmission. I was shocked with it being brand new and only 4,000 miles. Then I went to check for the wheel lug but lock key and it was now where in my car. I called and service department said they can’t be sure that it was never in there and I would need to pay the $50 for a new one. Now I am at 50,000 miles and my car while driving would not go over 20 mph and the rpm was going to 5. The first call I made to the dealership I spoke with a male that was so rude and would not help at all. I decided to call back the next day and spoke with a woman that was more helpful and found out that the powertrain warranty was good for 60,000 miles and to bring it in on Monday. I have not made it until Monday yet but I’m wondering why should a new car be having all these problems and what happens when the warranty is out and slot more problems happen at my expense. I won’t be buying another car from them.

  I dream of having a Nissan van with 3rd row seating! One day! I have a son with special needs and these vans are set up perfect!!! Just affording one is the challenge being a single mom. My goal is to get a van from here. They are so nice when I drive by and look.

  I’ve always been happy with the service department until today. I called to ask if there was any availability to have my oil changed. Here is the conversation. Me “Hi, do you any available appointments this afternoon for an oil change?” Service advisor...”first come first serve.” I feel this response was somewhat rude and unprofessional. Correct response I feel should be “I apologize, we don’t schedule appointments but rather work with first come, first served but we can accommodate you today if you would like to come see us... Customer Service is going to Hell, everywhere and it’s becomming acceptable. I’m going to have to find a new service department that believes in courteous customer service to earn my business.
