  I was helped by Yuri on the phone. One of the best customer service experiences ever. As someone who is in the sales and customer service industry. I was very pleased with the way she attended me , she answered all my questions and provided me with reccemendations. Will def order from here again.

  Impressive flowers! I love a florist with a broad variety of vibrant colors. Plus the staff took good care of me - moved quickly, didn't gouge, and all with a smile. Literally could not ask for anything more.

  I ordered an bouquet of flowers and chocolates from here and it was delivered in less then two hours! The person who recieved the flowers LOVED them, she said and I quote "these are the most beautiful flowers I have ever got!". Excellent customer service, quick service and affordable prices! What more could you ask for? Thank you so much!

  I called in an order from Dallas. It was delivered without issue and such a beautiful arrangement. I will always use Downtown Flowers for local deliveries!
