  Louis really came through for us on our wedding day. After our original florist canceled on us due to health reasons, we started searching for a replacement florist for our wedding in April. My father-in-law came across Downtown Flowers and was impressed by their excellent reviews. He contacted Louis, the owner, and they immediately clicked. Once I reached out to Louis to explain my vision and color scheme, I felt the same way. As a bride, I wanted everything to look perfect on the big day, and Louis was great about giving me a sense of peace and reassurance throughout the planning process. He always kept me updated on his progress and was good about asking for my feedback on his work. When I walked into Rusty Pelican on April 8th, I was floored by how perfect the ballroom looked. Louis truly brought my vision to life. Thank you for everything!
