  I went to this clinic based on all these good reviews and for its convenient location…. My procedure was straightforward, it required a total of 3 visits. Before beginning the treatment, I received a detailed procedure plan that mentions how much I will need to pay out-of-pocket / vs. my insurance coverage. After completing my third and final visit, I was asked to wait 20mins in the waiting area, to then be asked to pay a different amount – which was significantly higher – than what was agreed on. I received a very sharp attitude from them, with claims that the treatment plan was an “estimate” and that “nobody told you that these prices are exact….”, which was completely wrong. I presented the original treatment plan that was agreed on, which was not taken seriously at all. Truly disappointing! However, I must say that the dental treatment was good and professional; the dentist was very nice. But unfortunately, seems clear that this clinic is extremely profit oriented. After digging deeper into the reviews on here, it seems like there is a persistent over-billing issue. I walked out of this clinic feeling scammed. Good dentists, but very questionable billing. – You decide!

  I was greeted when I came in, I was treated with respect and dignity. People were smiling. The atmosphere was not tense, it was rather inviting. The hygienist and dentist were exceptional and I thank God for them. I have a lot of anxiety about the dentist and they put me at ease. They explained everything going on and didn’t treat me like I was dumb. And they gave me suggestions about what is the best path to take about my situation. They are my new place for my dental needs.

  Downtown Dental: From a scale of 1-10– 10. 10+! Dr Borga is highly skilled and also wonderful. She bonded my cracked front teeth to absolute perfection--they look completely natural and beautiful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She also carefully explained the entire procedure while going through it. Thank you Dr Borga! I highly recommend Downtown Dental and can't imagine going anywhere else.

  It being my first time at the dentist in a number of years I’m ashamed of… the team at Downtown Dental made me feel sooo comfortable, I’m not over exaggerating at all. From the receptionist printing out and highlighting my payments, and also thoroughly explaining it to me. The dental assistant Evie, who was practically a friend by the end of my visit, telling me what she was doing at every step, simplifying everything, and just super hospitable. The doctor, Dr. Latchinian, who was extremely attentive and just took his time. He answered all of my silly questions and didn’t make me feel like I was taking up too much of his time. Great experience all around. Ten out of ten. Definitely making Downtown Dental my permanent dentist office.

  I love coming to Downtown Dental Loop. Everybody I had a chance to interact with was so competent and able to make me feel safe and like I’m in the best hands. The thing that I appreciate the most about Dr Borga and her hygienists is that they explain everything that they do to the patient in detail. I have not encountered that at any other medical office. The level of professionalism is unmatched.
